24.23ct Star Ruby and 0.91ctw White Sapphire Ring

One electronically tested 925 silver ladies cast star ruby and white sapphire ring. The ring features a cabochon star ruby set within a multi-tiered white sapphire bezel, supported by an elaborate concave under gallery and tapering shoulders, completed by a two and one half millimeter wide band. Bright polish finish with a yellow gold overlay. Trademark is Orianne. Identified with markings of "925". Condition is new, good workmanship. Containing:

One prong set oval cabochon cut natural star ruby, measuring 17.00 x 13.60mm, approximate weight of 24.23ct., clarity is severely included, medium light, slightly grayish, brown color, (GIA Br 4/2), cut is good. This stone has a complete star with very weak intensity and very good movement.

Transmitting light very diffusely, opaque. Naturally occurring internal & external characteristics are present. No indications (NTE) of heating. Graded in the setting. Ruby has a low tolerance to rhodium plating, repolishing the surface, & ultrasonic cleaning.

Eighty-four prong set round brilliant cut natural white sapphires, measuring 1.35 - 1.30mm, approximate total weight of 0.91ct., clarity is eye clean, medium light, slightly grayish, white color, (GIA W 4/2), cut is good. Graded in the setting.
