17.29ct UNHEATED Star Ruby and 1.09ctw Diamond 14KT Yellow Gold Ring

One electronically tested 14KT yellow gold cast star ruby and diamond ring. Condition is new, good workmanship. The featured star ruby is set within a diamond bezel supported by tapering diamond set shoulders, completed by a four and one-half millimeter wide band. Bright polish finish with rhodium accents. Trademark is Orianne. Identified with markings of "14K". Containing:

One prong set round cabochon cut natural star ruby approximate weight of 17.29ct., dark, very slightly brownish, strongly purplish red color, (GIA stpR 7/3), cut is good. This stone has a complete six ray star with strong intensity and good movement. Transmitting light very diffusely, opaque. Naturally occurring internal & external characteristics are present. No indications of heating. Graded in the setting.

Ruby has a low tolerance to rhodium plating, repolishing the surface, & ultrasonic cleaning. One hundred forty-six prong set round brilliant cut diamonds approximate total weight of 146 Stones = 1.09ct. Graded in the setting. GENUINE UNHEATED NATURAL
